Rental Rooms

Phoenix Theatre offers spaces for business meetings, birthday parties, movie screenings, performances, rehearsals, conventions and community gatherings.

Individual spaces and the entire facility may be rented. Contact the theatre for additional non-profit, day and custom rates.

Green Room

463 sq. ft. Capacity: 20 with tables or 30 with chairs only. This carpeted space has its own entrance, two dressing rooms, washrooms and easy access to the stage.

$40 per hour with a one-hour minimum; $150 for a four-hour half day; $300 for an eight-hour full day.

Lobby Rentals

1,324 sq. ft. Capacity: 60 with tables or 80 with chairs only. Features include a skylight, concession/bar, high-speed internet, coat check, full washrooms, two high-definition monitors and an amplified PA system.

$50 per hour with a one-hour minimum. A movable partition allows the Lobby and Green Room to be combined into one larger space.
