Recycling and Composting

Since launching our recycling and composting program in 2023, Phoenix Theatre has diverted 14,250 pounds of waste from landfill as of October 2026.

We encourage patrons to sort their waste using our purpose-built tri-waste stations. We recycle plastic bottles, cans, glass, non-refundable containers and old electronics.

Collectively Sustainable collects our compost and transforms it into vermicompost fertilizer, keeping compostable material out of landfill and putting it to good use.
