The 216-seat, proscenium-style theatre accommodates professional and amateur performances.
Rentals are offered on sliding-scale and fixed-rate bases. Where both a minimum rental charge and a percentage of ticket sales are shown, the greater amount applies.

Commercial full-theatre rentals on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday evenings have a $1,000-per-day rate. Non-profit rentals use the separate non-profit rates.
