Art Gallery Rentals
The rectangular gallery offers 240 sq. ft. of floor space and up to 480 sq. ft. of hanging space. Professional track lighting includes approximately 30 MR16 fixtures and 20 R40 PAR 38 fixtures.
Hosting is free for exhibitions with at least five pieces. The sales commission is 10% on the first $1,000 in art sales, with no commission on sales above that amount. The maximum commission is $100 per exhibition.
An optional wine-and-cheese opening reception costs an additional $75. Advertising creation for the exhibition is free; paid advertising placement is separate.
Entire Facility Rentals
